9:00 – Departure from Grožnjan (in front of the parish church of St. Vitus, Modestus, and Crescentia)

• A short tour of the Chapel of St. Cosmas and Damian with its 16th-century loggia, the Church of St. Nicholas at the town cemetery, and the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, featuring unique frescoes and paintings.
• Walk along the former Parenzana railway route, stopping at the world’s smallest chapel, carved from a tree trunk with a tiny wooden statue of Our Lady.
• Continue along a forest path to the church and local Saints Primus and Felicianus cemetery in Čirkoti; a brief prayer stop before heading toward Završje.

11:30 – Arrival in Završje (in front of the parish church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary).
